What is the time taken for delivery of products?
We have two alternative methods for shipping one is Express Shipping which takes a short period of time like 2 to 3 days and the other is Airmail which takes 2 to 5 days for delivery, it depends on the way the customers prefer.
What are exchange policies?
For the exchange of wrongly delivered goods the customer can choose the option of replace at ‘my orders’ option in the account. And faculties will contact for further steps.
What is the privacy settings made to keep my account safe?
We never share any of your important details to a third party other than to the delivery partner.
Is shipping of different products to multiple locations possible?
For multiple deliveries of products the customer should edit the destination while placing the order.
Whether the tracking details will be shared with customers?
Yes the tracking details will be shared. The customers are required to examine about the same in ‘my orders’ option.
